Extruded rods suit standard diameters from 5 to 350 mm with continuous length and better cost efficiency, ideal for most machining blanks. Molded rods are better for large diameters, thick walls, or applications requiring higher density and creep resistance, with better dimensional stability. Yes, length is fully customizable. Standard lengths can be 1000 mm, 2000 mm, or longer, and we can cut short segments per your part size. MOQ is flexible, typically starting from 5-10 kg per size, depending on diameter and process.

We can add glass fiber, carbon fiber, graphite, molybdenum disulfide, bronze powder, etc., to improve compressive strength, rigidity, wear resistance, thermal conductivity, or creep resistance. Filled materials are better for heavy-duty, high-speed, or high-temperature conditions, but they no longer meet FDA food-contact requirements and are limited to industrial use.

Pure PTFE resists virtually all strong acids, bases, organic solvents, and food media. It does not absorb water or swell, making it ideal for machined parts in corrosive or high-temperature environments.

Both pure and filled PTFE offer excellent machinability. We accept PDF/CAD 2D drawings and IGES/STEP 3D models for turning, milling, drilling, tapping, and slotting, delivering finished or semi-finished parts directly to reduce your processing steps.
