Holes can be used for bolting, lubrication channels, air passage, weight reduction, or even installing temperature/pressure sensors. We support straight, angled, stepped, threaded, and countersunk holes - just specify them on your drawing.
Q:Is the slide block made of pure PTFE or filled material? How does the material affect performance?

We offer pure PTFE as well as filled grades with glass fiber, carbon fiber, bronze, graphite, etc. Pure PTFE has excellent chemical resistance but lower load capacity; glass fiber increases rigidity and creep resistance; carbon fiber improves wear resistance and conductivity; bronze enhances thermal conductivity and compressive strength. We recommend the optimum formulation based on your load, temperature, and speed.
