FDA-grade means the hose complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1550, using high-purity PTFE and certified nontoxic additives. It is safe for direct conveyance of food fluids, beverages, purified water, pharmaceutical drug solutions, and biological products, with no extractables that could affect taste or safety.

Clear tubing allows visual inspection of fluid condition, bubbles, or contamination, ideal for labs and precise processes. Translucent offers visual check with some light blocking, suitable for UV-sensitive media. White provides complete light barrier to prevent photochemical reactions and makes external dirt more visible. Choose based on media photosensitivity and your inspection needs.

Extruded tubing can be produced in continuous lengths (up to hundreds of meters) with thin walls and uniform ID, offering excellent flexibility and small bend radii for complex routing. Its smooth inner surface reduces fluid resistance and prevents residue buildup, facilitating CIP cleaning. Molded tubes are mostly used for large diameters or thick walls but are length-limited.

Common connections include flared ends (for plastic or metal fittings), crimped (with stainless steel sleeves), compression fittings, and flanged joints. We can perform end finishing (flaring, chamfering) per your fitting type, and also supply pre-assembled fitting kits upon request.
