The PTFE matrix resists almost all strong acids, strong alkalis, and organic solvents. Graphite and carbon are also stable in most common chemicals, though carbon may slowly oxidize in strong oxidizing acids, whereas graphite does not. Overall, it suits chemical plants, electroplating lines, and corrosive fluid transfer systems.

Under the same conditions, graphite filling improves wear resistance by about 2-3 times, while carbon filling improves it by 3-5 times (depending on the counter-material). The filler particles effectively bear loads and reduce adhesive wear, significantly extending sleeve and shaft life.

Typically installed by press-fit or sliding fit, with low assembly resistance due to self-lubrication. For fixation, you can use clamps, retaining rings, or bonding (with surface treatment). We can also pre-machine grooves at the ends for snap rings.
