A PTFE grid sheet is a flat, corrosion-resistant plate with regular openings or a grating structure, used as a distribution disc, support sieve plate, or gas/liquid distributor in columns. It is widely applied in chemical, pharmaceutical, hydrometallurgical, and environmental equipment, including packed towers, scrubbers, and reactor internals.

Using compression molding and precision machining, we can produce integral grid sheets up to 2000mm or larger, depending on thickness and hole design. For diameters exceeding standard capacity, segmented panels with reliable connections are also available.

Yes. We design the opening ratio, diameter, and arrangement (triangular, square, or staggered) based on your process requirements - such as gas/liquid load, pressure drop, and anti-fouling needs - and use CNC machining to ensure precise positioning for uniform distribution.

PTFE offers self-lubrication, non-stick surfaces, excellent corrosion resistance, and light weight. It does not generate corrosion debris, react with process fluids, or cause galvanic corrosion. It is also easier to handle and remove during maintenance.

Virgin PTFE can creep under sustained loads, so we offer glass, carbon, or graphite filled grades to significantly improve creep resistance and load-bearing capacity. Our engineering team can perform strength calculations based on your packing height and operating temperature to recommend the optimum thickness and filler formulation.
