Carbon fiber and glass fiber boost rigidity and compressive strength; graphite and MoS2 further reduce friction and enhance self-lubrication; bronze improves thermal conductivity and creep resistance; carbon-based fillers provide electrical conductivity/anti-static properties. You can choose the optimum formulation based on your working conditions.

Pure PTFE has a dynamic friction coefficient of approximately 0.04-0.10. After filling, it typically stays in the range of 0.10-0.20 (depending on filler and mating material), but offers better stability under varying loads and speeds. More importantly, wear resistance is improved by 3-5 times, and load-bearing capacity increases significantly, making it suitable for high-load and frequent start-stop applications.

The PTFE matrix retains excellent chemical inertness, resisting almost all strong acids, strong alkalis, organic solvents, and oils. Most fillers (glass, graphite, MoS2) are also corrosion-resistant; however, bronze and carbon fillers require caution in strongly oxidizing acids. For common industrial fluids, the tube offers outstanding resistance.

PTFE offers a wider temperature range, extremely low friction, non-stick properties, and nearly universal chemical resistance. With fillers, mechanical strength is greatly enhanced, overcoming pure PTFE's creep weakness. Overall performance surpasses nylon (high moisture absorption, lower temperature limit) and polyurethane (poor high-temperature and chemical resistance), making it suitable for harsh industrial applications.
