For bushings, this prevents contamination of process fluids and avoids dimensional changes or performance loss from ingredient loss - especially critical for semiconductor, pharmaceutical, food, and high-purity chemical fluid equipment.

Yes. We support standard and non-standard diameters, with lengths cut to order. We accept PDF/CAD 2D drawings and IGES/STEP 3D models for turning, milling, drilling, and slotting, delivering finished bushings directly to reduce your secondary processing.

Pure PTFE resists almost all strong acids, bases, and organic solvents, without water absorption or swelling. Filled grades' chemical resistance depends on the filler, typically suitable for oils, water, and hydrocarbons, but strong oxidizing acids should be avoided.

Pure PTFE tends to cold flow under sustained pressure. If non-leaching and chemical inertness must be maintained, structural design can reduce continuous pressure or add support. If non-pure filled grades are acceptable, carbon fiber or glass fiber filling significantly reduces compression set and improves creep resistance.

Pure PTFE comes with FDA compliance statements, MSDS, ROHS, and REACH documents, suitable for food, pharmaceutical, and potable water contact. Filled versions can be supplied with MSDS, ROHS, and REACH, but are not FDA-compliant and are for industrial use only. Documents are provided with shipments or upon request.
