Yes. We support standard and non-standard diameters from 5 to 350 mm, with lengths cut to order. We also accept PDF/CAD 2D drawings and IGES/STEP 3D models to machine finished parts such as spacer rods, gaskets, and bushings.
Q:What fillers can be added to improve creep or wear resistance?
A:
Carbon fiber, glass fiber, graphite, molybdenum disulfide, bronze, and ceramics can be added. Carbon and glass fiber improve creep resistance and rigidity; graphite and MoS2 reduce friction; bronze enhances heat dissipation. Note that filled grades are no longer virgin PTFE and are not FDA-compliant, suitable only for industrial anti-corrosion use.
