Q:What are the payment terms?

We usually accept T/T. For regular orders, we prefer 30% of the total amount as a down payment and the balance paid before delivery.

Q:How to place an order?

Please send your purchase order by email or request a Proforma invoice. We need product info (size, quantity, special requests), delivery time, shipping details, and forwarder contact if applicable.

Q:Can I order a sample before mass production?

Yes, sample orders are available. It usually takes 5-7 days to finish. The sample fee can be reduced in the bulk order.

Q:How to pay for express charges for samples?

If you have a DHL, FedEx, TNT, or UPS account, we can ship freight collected. Alternatively, we can calculate the freight for you to compare, or you can pay directly to our company account for prepaid shipping.
