We are a factory with 13 years of experience in producing LED light strips. OEM and ODM services are provided.
Q:What are your payment terms?
A:
We usually accept T/T. For regular orders, we prefer 30% of the total amount as a down payment and the balance paid before delivery. Other terms include LC, D/P, PayPal, and Western Union.
Q:How to place an order?
A:
Please send your purchase order by Email or ask for a Proforma invoice. We need product information (size, quantity, special requests), delivery time, shipping information, and forwarder's contact details if applicable.
Q:Can I order a sample before mass production?
A:
Yes, sample orders are available. It usually takes 5-7 days to finish. The sample fee can be reduced in the bulk order.
Q:How to pay for express charges for samples?
A:
If you have a DHL, FEDEX, TNT, or UPS account, you can provide it for freight collected shipping. Alternatively, we can calculate the freight for you to compare, or you can pay the freight charge directly to our company account for prepaid delivery.
