The XGN15 can be configured with two types of load switches: the FLN36-12D SF6 gas-insulated load switch or the FLRN36-12D load switch and fuse combination unit. Both options offer maintenance-free operation, light operating force, and reliable interlocking. The SF6 load switch is particularly suited to applications requiring long mechanical endurance (up to 5,000 operations at 12kV and 24kV)

The XGN15 is designed for indoor installation in environments meeting the following conditions: ambient temperature between minus 15 deg C and plus 40 deg C; altitude not exceeding 1000m; relative humidity with daily average not exceeding 95% and monthly average not exceeding 90%; seismic intensity not exceeding Grade 8; and no significant pollution from dust, combustible gases, or corrosive substances.
