AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryYC CLION EV CO., LTD. is a China-based limited company established in 2022 and described primarily as a trading company, although its materials also identify it as a manufacturing enterprise for electric vehicles and components. The supplier reports production and assembly, painting, testing facilities, three production lines, and stated annual capacity of 20,000 electric vehicles. Its product range includes electric trucks, carts, golf carts, sightseeing buses, batteries, chargers, motors, controllers, and driving systems. It reports export activity beginning in 2015, with 31%–40% of sales from exports and both agency and self-operated export methods. Innovation cooperation with Southeast University and Yancheng Institute of Technology is stated, but only one year of R&D-engineer experience is reported. Customer-related trade records show two named buyers and limited transaction counts. No certification, after-sales service, or customization evidence is provided.

Supplier typeThe supplier is legally identified as a limited company and classified as a trading company, while its descriptions also state that it is a manufacturing enterprise producing electric vehicles and components. This indicates a mixed trading and manufacturing profile rather than a purely trading-only operation.

R&D capabilityClion EV explicitly describes scientific and technological innovation as a development basis and reports cooperation with Southeast University and Yancheng Institute of Technology on practical electric vehicles. However, the reported total experience of R&D engineers is only one year, so the evidence supports innovation activity but not extensive R&D depth.

Production capacityThe supplier reports production and assembly lines, painting lines, professional testing facilities, three production lines, and annual capacity of 20,000 electric vehicles. Its descriptions also cite an 11,800-square-meter standard workshop, although another slice reports a 50.0 m² manufacturing-plant area, creating a material inconsistency in facility data.

Client casesThe supplier reports export activity beginning in 2015, export sales of 31%–40%, and export methods involving agents and self-operated export rights. Trade records name FIDEICOMISO DE INVERSION Y DESARROLLO INMOBILIARIO TURISTICO BLU TERRENAS and AYAAN ELECTRONICS PRIVATE LIMITED, but the records show limited transaction counts and do not establish broader customer scale or satisfaction.
