Currently we have 300+ moulds of luggage, for some models the smallest MOQ is 100pcs.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
T/T 30% deposit+ 70% balance Against B/L copy. L/C, O/A,etc.
Q:How about sample?
A:
For stock sample, we can provide free sample and send out in 1 day. If not have in stock, need to arrange sample making upon the receipt of sample fee, which is fully refundable in mass orders. For regular sample, fastest lead time 2 working days; for customize sample, fastest lead time 7 working days.
Q:What is the warranty policy?
A:
Normally we give one year warranty. We have experienced and strictly inspecting QC team, all products got enough tested before shipping out. If our customers receive the goods with quality problems, except for human damage, we must compensate in next orders.
Q:What is the after-sales service process?
A:
Firstly contact with the Sales and customer service manager and tell them about the problems and send actual photos, then all our teams will discuss about it and must reply you within 8 hours about how to deal with the problems.
