We can suggest a microscope according to the user's applications. If the user is unsure about image quality, they can send samples for testing. We will send pictures to the user. If the user is not satisfied, they do not need to buy it.

Our microscopes have standard versions and optional parts. Users can choose configurations according to requirements and budget. We support OEM & ODM and can supply/produce microscopes and correct solutions according to specific requirements.

Q:What are the warranty terms?

We provide a one-year warranty for the whole machine and three months for consumable spare parts. We cover all costs due to quality problems during the warranty period. For problems caused by improper operation, we repair free of charge but charge for damaged spare parts at cost price.
