We can suggest a microscope according to the user's applications. If the user is unsure about image quality, they can send samples for testing. We will send pictures to the user. If the user is not satisfied, they do not need to buy it.

Our microscopes have standard versions and optional parts. Users can choose configurations according to requirements and budget. We support OEM & ODM and can supply microscopes and correct solutions according to specific requirements.

Q:What is the warranty period?

We provide one-year warranty for the whole machine and three months for consumable spare parts. We cover all costs due to quality problems during the warranty period.

Q:What happens if problems are caused by improper operation?

For problems caused by improper operation or inappropriate protection/maintenance, we will repair free of charge, but for damaged spare parts, we will only charge at the cost price.

Q:What services are provided after the warranty period?
