For buried water mains, we recommend ERW or spiral welded steel pipe in S355MC or Q345B grade with external 3LPE coating. Pipe diameters typically range from 219mm to 1220mm. The 3LPE coating provides excellent corrosion protection in soil, and the steel pipe can be supplied with internal cement mortar lining for drinking water compatibility.
