Warranty: 12 months after commercial running or 18 months from the date of shipment, subject to the earlier expiry.

It depends on the equipment type. For cold storage, it is 60-80 days; for spiral/tunnel freezers, 80-90 days; for flake ice/plate freezers, 45 days after receiving down payment or L/C.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
By 100% T/T before shipment or By L/C at sight.
Q:What are the trade terms?
A:
We accept Ex-work factory, FOB Dalian, CNF or CIF, as your requirement.
Q:How do you handle product damage during shipping?
A:
