Yes, the machine can produce different shapes and specifications by replacing molds or cutters. For candy lines, molds can be swapped for different sugar shapes. For bar lines, cutter changes adjust cereal bar sizes. Packaging machine accessories may also need replacement based on product changes.

Before confirming the order, we create a CAD drawing of the candy and the machine process plan based on your requirements and samples. This drawing is sent to you for confirmation to ensure every detail aligns with your vision.

The machine is guaranteed for one year from the date it arrives at the customer's factory (excluding man-made damage). We are responsible for all quality problems and provide lifelong maintenance service and technical support.

Payment terms are T/T or L/C at sight, requiring a 30% deposit to start production and the balance before shipment. The normal production lead time is 20-45 days, excluding statutory holidays like Chinese New Year.

Under normal circumstances, the machine is packaged as a whole and does not require assembly. Only some small parts are disassembled to prevent damage during transport. Machines in a production line only need to be connected to the lines.
