Q:Can one machine make many kinds of candy or bars?
A:
Our machines fall into two main categories: candy production line and bar production line. For candy lines, you can replace molds to produce different shapes of sugar or lollipops. For bar lines, the size can be realized by changing the cutter. Note that packaging machine accessories may also need replacement for different candy types.
Q:How to know whether the machine can produce the candy I require?
A:
Before confirming the order, we will draw a CAD drawing of the candy based on communication with the customer and give it to the customer for confirmation.
Q:If products have some quality problem, how would you deal with?
A:
We will be responsible for all quality problems. The machine is guaranteed for one year from the customer's factory (except for man-made damage). We also provide lifelong maintenance service and technical support.
