Q:Can one machine make many kinds of candy or bars?
A:
Our machines fall into two main categories: candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine to make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that due to changes in candy, it may be necessary to replace the accessories
Q:How to know whether the machine can produce the candy I require?
A:
According to our communication with the customer, before the customer confirms the order, we will draw a CAD drawing of the candy and give it to the customer for confirmation.
Q:If products have some quality problem, how would you deal with?
A:
We will be responsible for all the quality problems. The machine will be guaranteed for one year from the customer's factory (except for man-made damage). And we provide lifelong maintenance service and technical support.
Q:What is the customer service contact time?
A:
