Q:Can one machine make many kinds of candy or bars?
A:
Our machines fall into two main categories: candy production line and bar production line. The candy line uses molding machines where molds can be replaced to make different shapes. The bar line relies on changing cutters to realize different sizes. Easy tool replacement and cleaning are key advantages.
Q:How to know whether the machine can produce the candy I require?
A:
Before confirming the order, we communicate with the customer to draw a CAD drawing of the candy and the machine process plan. We provide these to the customer for confirmation to ensure the machine meets their specific requirements.
Q:If products have some quality problem, how would you deal with?
A:
We are responsible for all quality problems. The machine is guaranteed for one year from the customer's factory (except for man-made damage). We also provide lifelong maintenance service and technical support.
Q:What is the production leading time?
A:
Normally, it takes 20-45 days. However, statutory holidays, such as the Chinese New Year, may cause a delay in shipment. We will finish the machine within the time stipulated in the contract.
Q:What is the payment term?
A:
We accept T/T or L/C at sight. The standard term is a 30% deposit to start production, and the balance payment is required before shipment when the goods are ready.
