Our machines fall into two main categories: candy production line and bar production line. For candy lines, you can replace molds to produce different shapes. For bar lines, the size can be adjusted by changing the cutter. Easy tool replacement and cleaning are key advantages.
Q:How to know whether the machine can produce the candy I require?
A:
Before confirming the order, we communicate with the customer to draw a CAD drawing of the specific candy and provide the machine process plan for customer confirmation.
Q:If products have some quality problem, how would you deal with?
A:
We are responsible for all quality problems. The machine is guaranteed for one year from the customer's factory (except for man-made damage). We also provide lifelong maintenance service and technical support.
