Extending to 20m dedicated laser fiber in compliance with specifications will not lead to core power loss. However, it must be equipped with original QBH connectors and collimating components, and the bending radius shall not be less than 200mm, otherwise beam attenuation and uneven cleaning spots will appear.

The 1080nm infrared fiber laser has high energy absorption efficiency on carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy, achieving outstanding rust and paint removal performance. For highly reflective metals such as copper and silver, the power density needs to be reduced and the cleaning width widened to avoid laser reflection damaging the protective lens inside the cleaning head.

Dual-temperature dual-control can independently adjust the temperature of the laser source and the optical path of the cleaning head with higher temperature control accuracy. During 24-hour non-stop continuous operation,the power stability is controlled within 1%,which effectively avoids laser energy attenuation and fogging of protective lenses caused by high temperatures.

It adopts the principle of differential laser energy absorption. Rust, paint and oxide layers absorb much more 1080nm laser energy than metal base materials. Precisely controlled energy only peels off surface attachments with low heat input and non-contact processing, without cutting or scratching the base metal.
