Q:What is the working principle of this filter?
A:
It uses depth filtration where raw water percolates through a thick layer of graded particles (sand/gravel). Suspended materials attach to the media, and clean water exits through nozzles.
Q:How does the self-cleaning process work?
A:
When the pressure differential reaches a preset value, the system triggers backwashing. Pressurized water flows in reverse to suspend the filter bed, releasing dirt which is then washed out through the back-flush valve.
Q:What customization options are available?
A:
We offer full customization including tank size (16-96'), housing material (Carbon Steel/Stainless Steel), media type, and quantities (1-10 tanks). Customization is available from samples or designs.
Q:What are the maximum and minimum pressure requirements?
A:
The minimum working pressure is 0.15Mpa (0.2 Bar), and the maximum pressure is 1.0Mpa (10 Bar). The backwashing pressure is at least 2 Bar.
