Q:What is the working principle of the filter?
A:
Raw water enters the filter inlet and percolates through a thick layer of graded particles like sand. Suspended materials attach to the media, and clean water exits through the outlet valve. When pressure differential reaches a preset value, the system triggers an automatic backwash cleaning process.
Q:How does the automatic cleaning process work?
A:
A pressure differential switch senses the buildup of dirt. Once the maximum design value is reached, it sends a signal to the flushing controller to start backwashing. Pressurized water flows in reverse from the nozzles upwards, suspending the filter bed and washing out dirt particles through the back-flush valve.
Q:What materials are used for the tank housing?
A:
The tank housing is available in Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel with thickness options of 4mm, 6mm, or 8mm depending on the model requirements.
Q:What are the maximum and minimum working pressures?
A:
The minimum working pressure is 0.15Mpa and the maximum is 1.0Mpa. The maximum working pressure capacity is 10 Bar, while the minimum backwash pressure is 2 Bar.
Q:Can the product be customized?
A:
Yes, full customization is available including media type, tank quantities (1-10), tank sizes (16-96 inches), and control ways (differential pressure, time, or manual).
