Q:How do I measure a box?
A:
The proper sequence is Length x Width x Depth. Place the carton with the open end up. Length is the longest open end dimension from left to right. Width is the shortest open end dimension from front to back. Depth is the remaining dimension from top to bottom.
Q:How soon can I get a price quote?
A:
Once we know the carton style, dimensions, paperboard type including caliper, printing requirements, and quantity, we can provide a price quote within 24 hours.
Q:How long will it take to receive my products?
A:
As a general rule, it takes 2 weeks to produce custom designed and printed products. Specific lead times may vary based on order quantity and complexity.
Q:Can I have a custom designed and made packaging box?
A:
Yes, we are a custom shop. We design and construct each project to the individual customer's needs. All boxes are custom made based on your artwork and packaging requirements.
Q:Is there a minimum order requirement?
A:
Due to high machine setup costs and shipping freight, we do not accept small orders. The minimum order quantity is 3000 pcs. It is recommended to order a 20'GP or 40'HC container to reduce unit price and shipping costs.
