AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier manufactures oil presses and mechanical parts, provides agricultural machinery and related goods, and offers import/export services. It reports 3D design, ODM, OEM, sample- and design-based customization, and new-product development. Production evidence includes six production lines in one record, ten in another, stated oil-press output of 7,200 units, inventory capability, valid manufacturing contracts with related subcontractors, and broad export-market coverage. Service strengths include written procedures and records for supplier capability assessment, corrective/preventive actions, and complaint handling, plus participation in the Canton Fair. Gaps or limitations include no overseas warehouses, showrooms, agents, or branches; no SDK; zero reported quality-control test equipment; and no continuous quantity reconciliation for each batch or mass production. Certification holdings and customer cases are not evidenced.

Supplier typeThe supplier is a manufacturer and trader focused on oil presses, mechanical parts, agricultural machinery, hardware, electrical appliances, and steel. Its scope also includes after-sales technical service and import/export trade, indicating a manufacturing-oriented supplier with trading and service functions.

After-Sales capabilityAfter-sales technical service is within the stated business scope, and the supplier reports inventory capability, written service-assessment procedures, complaint-handling records, and accepted FOB/CIF/CFR/EXW quotation terms. However, it has no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, or branch, which limits evidence of localized overseas support.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports 3D software design services, new products developed during the past year, 20 R&D engineers, customer-requirement-based product development, and available design input/output, review, verification, and validation documentation. It also reports no SDK and keeps software-instrument information confidential, so the evidence supports product R&D but not broader software capability.

Production capacityProduction evidence includes six production lines in one record, ten in another, stated oil-press output of 7,200 units, inventory capability, valid contracts with related subcontractors, and an outsourcing SOP. The supplier does not continuously reconcile quantities for every batch or mass-production run, and quality-control test equipment is reported as zero, creating process-control limitations despite the documented production resources.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, designs, full customization, minor customization, flexible customization, ODM, and OEM for popular brands. Its R&D engineers are described as developing new products according to customer requirements, providing direct evidence of broad customization capability.
