Our machine is tested and fully assembled before shipping. You only need to perform a 2-4 hour wear-in process, after which it can work normally.

Q:What is the wear-in process for a new machine?

Mix 10 KG oil cake, 1 KG sand, and 1 KG water, put them in the oil press, and wear in for 3-4 hours. Adjust oil cake thickness to 3mm in the 1st hour, 2.5mm in the 2nd hour, and 2mm in the 3rd hour.
