Our machine has been tested and fully assembled before shipping. Customers just need to make 2-4 hours of wear-in and then it can work.

Q:What is the wear-in process for a new machine?

Use 10 KG oil cake + 1KG sand + 1KG water, mix them, put in oil press, and wear in for 3-4 hours. Adjust oil cake thickness to 3mm in the 1st hour, 2.5mm in the 2nd hour, and 2mm in the 3rd hour.
