Our machine is tested and fully assembled before shipping. You just need to perform a 2-4 hour wear-in process, and then it can work.

Q:What is the wear-in process for a new machine?

Mix 10 KG oil cake, 1 KG sand, and 1 KG water, put them in the oil press, and wear in for 3-4 hours. 1st hour: adjust oil cake thickness to 3mm. 2nd hour: adjust to 2.5mm. 3rd hour: adjust to 2mm.
