A:
We supply Quartz Glass (Tube, Rod, Plate, customized parts), optical glass, cuvettes, precise ceramics, porous ceramics, and refractory ceramics. We also offer full processing lines for ceramic thick film resistors, far infrared ceramic glass heating panels, quartz tube/ceramic plate ozone generators, porous metal fiber felt, and polyester fiber cotton products. We can design and customize according to client demands.
Q:Can you offer samples before mass order and how are they charged?
A:
We offer samples to lower purchasing risk. Inventory items can be delivered within 3 days, while processed items take 15 days. For low-value items, samples may be free, but freight costs are borne by the buyer. Customized products require a development cost charge.
Q:What test reports or certificates do you provide?
A:
We have passed ROHS, CE, MSDS tests and ISO9001 authentication. We hold 8 registered trademarks and 25 patents, and have been recognized as a China High-tech Enterprise and Jiangsu Private Science and Technology Enterprise.
