Six methods are available: totally enclosed self-cooling, drip-proof force ventilated, drip-proof single pipe ventilated, totally enclosed double pipes ventilated, drip-proof self-ventilated, and totally enclosed force ventilated with air-to-water heat exchanger.
Q:What is the warranty period?
A:
The warranty covers one year of use or no less than thirteen months from the departure date, whichever comes first, provided proper use and storage.
Q:What happens if the motor fails during warranty?
A:
If damaged due to poor quality within the stipulated time, we will repair and replace spare parts or motors free of charge, with entry and exit costs borne by the buyer.
