The motor is covered for one year or at least 13 months from departure date. Defects due to poor quality are repaired or replaced free of charge, with buyer covering shipping costs.

Standard rated voltages are 220V and 440V. Voltages outside this range can be negotiated when placing orders.
Q:What cooling methods are available?
A:
Six methods are available: totally enclosed self-cooling, drip-proof with blower, single pipe ventilated, double pipes ventilated, self-ventilated, and air-to-water heat exchanger.
Q:Can the motor be customized?
A:
Yes, we accept OEM/ODM and offer full customization including voltage, shaft type, and specific requirements based on customer designs or samples.
Q:What happens after the warranty period expires?
A:
