Our equipment supports the production of steel drums with diameters from 300mm to 650mm and heights from 500mm to 1000mm, with drum thicknesses from 1.0mm to 2.5mm. Materials include cold-rolled steel, galvanized steel, and stainless steel. We can customize feeding and forming modules for a wider range of materials or special materials according to your needs.

Q:What is the specific process for customized design? What is the lead time?

You provide the production line parameters (capacity, drum type, workshop layout, etc.), and we provide a 3D design and BOM list. After both parties confirm, manufacturing begins. The standard customization cycle is 45 to 60 days (depending on complexity). Remote or on-site installation guidance can be provided after delivery.

Q:How automated is the entire production line? How many people are needed to operate it?

Standard configuration includes a Siemens/Mitsubishi PLC + touch screen, achieving fully automated control from coil uncoiling to finished drum stacking. During normal production, only 2 to 3 people are needed per shift (monitoring + resupply). An MES system and remote diagnostic module are optional.

Q:Can the equipment meet UN certification or other quality requirements related to hazardous materials packaging?

Our welding and crimping systems meet UN standards for hydraulic testing, drop testing, and airtightness requirements for steel drums. We can assist you with process verification before shipment and provide the equipment parameters and records required for third-party testing.

Q:How are after-sales service and spare parts supply guaranteed?

The entire machine is guaranteed for one year, with lifetime technical support. We have a spare parts warehouse in China (shipping within 48 hours), and overseas shipments can be made via DHL/FedEx for emergency delivery. An annual maintenance agreement can also be signed, including an annual on-site engineer inspection and system upgrade.
