As the product is customized, we charge sample cost. However, if the sample is not more expensive, we will refund the sample cost after you place mass orders.

Why is there a tooling cost?

It is the mold cost, which is an indispensable production process. You only need to pay for the first order, and we will bear the maintenance cost of mold damage.
