Can I have a trial order or samples?

Yes, we charge sample cost, but if the sample is not expensive, we will refund the sample cost after you place mass orders.

Why is there a tooling cost?

It is the mold cost, which is an indispensable production process. You only need to pay for the first order, and we bear maintenance costs for mold damage.
