Yes, we charge sample cost, but if the sample is not more expensive, we will refund the sample cost after you place mass orders.

Why is there a tooling cost?

It is the mold cost, an indispensable production process. You only pay for the first order, and we bear maintenance cost of mold damage.

What are your terms of payment?

For tooling & Sample: 70% prepayment. For Batch order: T/T 30% in advance, balance before delivery.

What is your after-sale service?

If there is a quality problem, please provide photos or test report, we will replace defective goods or return funds.
