Can I have a trial order or samples?

As the product is customized, we charge sample cost. However, if the sample is not expensive, we will refund the sample cost after you place mass orders.

Why is there a tooling cost?

It is the mold cost, an indispensable production process. You only need to pay for the first order, and we will bear the maintenance cost of mold damage.

What are your terms of payment?

For tooling & Sample: 70% prepayment with tooling cost, balance upon sample approval. For Batch order: T/T 30% in advance, balance before delivery.
