For faucets, normally 1 year free warranty, 3 years quality assurance. For example, normally we will offer 2% spare parts according to your order quantity and send it together with your formal orders. If the problems can be fixed by changing spare parts, please replace spare parts by yourself. If the faucet body is leaking and cannot be fixed, we will send you the replacement in your next new order.

It can be friendly discussed between us. Normally 100pcs each model while we accept less quantity at the beginning of our cooperation so that you can test our product quality before a formal order.

Q:What type of cartridges you provide and the lifetime?
