A:
For faucets, normally 1 year free warranty, 3 years quality assurance. We offer 2% spare parts with the order. If parts fix the issue, replace them yourself. If the body leaks, we send a replacement in the next order.
Q:What is your MOQ?
A:
Normally 100pcs each model, but it is negotiable. We accept less quantity for trial orders to test product quality before a formal order.
Q:What type of cartridges you provide and the lifetime?
A:
We provide ceramic cartridges: Spain Sedal Cartridge (500,000 times open and close) and Local Cartridge (200,000 times open and close).
Q:What about the lead time / production time?
A:
It depends. Normally 15-18 days for trial orders under 500pcs, 25-30 days for 20ft, and 30-35 days for 40ft.
