Q:What is the warranty for the faucets? How it works?
A:
For faucets, normally 1 year free warranty, 3 years quality assurance. For example, normally we will offer 2% spare parts according to your order quantity and send it together with your formal orders. If the problems can be fixed by changing spare parts, please replace spare parts by yourself. If the faucet body is leaking and cannot be fixed, we will send you the replacement in your next new order.
Q:What is your MOQ?

It can be friendly discussed between us. Normally 100pcs each model while we accept less quantity at the beginning of our cooperation so that you can test our product quality before a formal order.
Q:What type of cartridges you provide and the lifetime?
A:
We provide ceramic cartridges mainly including: Spain Sedal Cartridge: 500,000 times open and close; Local Cartridge: 200,000 times open and close.
Q:What about the lead time / production time?
A:
It depends. Normally it takes about 15-18 days for trial order quantity less than 500pcs; about 25-30 days for 20ft; about 30-35 days for 40ft.
