A VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation) system removes air inside electrical coils under vacuum, then presses insulating varnish/resin into winding gaps. It greatly improves insulation, moisture resistance, vibration resistance and heat dissipation performance for motor stators, rotors, transformers and inductors.

Yes. We customize tank volume, automatic quick-opening structure, hydraulic/pneumatic lid opening, working pressure and vacuum degree according to your workpiece dimension and production capacity requirement.
