ROOQ provides 24 months for the whole machine from on board time.
Q:How about the delivery time?

Usually producing time is 15- 20 days after we receive the advanced payment. For some standard products, like 10kV series oil immersed distribution transformer, we may have stock and could delivery immediately.
Q:Can ROOQ provide customized products? OEM products or ODM products?
