AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryShaoxing Tosen Auto Part Co., Ltd. is a limited company with 22 employees, no stated group affiliation, and Long Block as its primary and offered product. It reports ISO 9000, TS 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 20000 certifications, but the provided data does not establish their current validity. The supplier offers customization and ODM services, while reporting no 3D software design service, no new products in the past year, and no SDK. It exports 90% of sales and has two years of export experience. Service information includes a stated one-month warranty and shipment within 7–10 business days, although operational service procedures lack records. No overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, or branch is available, but it has participated in an offline trade show. Financial figures are not provided, and audit details include a TUV Rheinland audit with an evaluation result recorded as 0, without an interpretive explanation.

CertificationsThe supplier lists ISO 9000, TS 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 20000 as supplier management system certifications. The slice does not provide certificate numbers, issuing bodies, or validity dates, so current certification status cannot be fully verified.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier states that it provides a one-month warranty, customer-friendly service, and shipment within 7–10 business days. However, its service-capability procedures and corrective/preventive-action mechanism are documented without records, and it has no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, or branch; therefore, the stated warranty supports capability, while operational depth remains limited.

R&D capabilityThe supplier provides ODM service but reports no new products during the past year, no SDK, no 3D software design service, and no ERP, OA, CRM, or SAP system integration. These records indicate some design-related service capability but limited evidence of recent product innovation or digitalized R&D and operational systems.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, flexible customization, and ODM services. This is direct evidence of broad customization capability, although no 3D software design service is available.
