AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is a combined manufacturing and trading company focused on household appliances, wind and electric tools, metal tools, and automotive parts. It reports exports to more than 80 countries and regions, with exports representing 90% of total sales and six years of export experience. The supplier offers extensive customization and 3D software design services, supported by three years of total R&D engineer experience. Its production information indicates one production line and stated cordless drill output of 300,000 units, while quality control includes 6–10 staff and a quality assurance capability. However, no supplier management-system certification is reported, finished-product inspections lack written records, and several service-management processes—including complaint handling and corrective actions—lack written procedures or records. No evidence is provided regarding financial credibility or specific customer cases.

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as a combined company and its business scope includes manufacturing and sales of household appliances, wind and electric tools, metal tools, and automotive parts. This supports classification as a combined manufacturing and trading supplier rather than a purely trading entity.

CertificationsThe supplier management-system certification field is explicitly reported as NIL. No certification is evidenced in the provided information, but the absence of listed certification alone does not establish a broader deficiency beyond this field.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier reports in-stock service capacity and accepts multiple service quotation and payment terms, with a stated one-month lead time in both peak and off-season periods. However, it has no overseas warehouse or showroom, and it lacks written procedures or records for service assessment, corrective/preventive actions, and effective customer-complaint handling, indicating weakly documented after-sales management.

Production capacityThe supplier reports strong production technology, advanced production equipment, one operating production line, 6–10 quality-control staff, and stated cordless drill output of 300,000 units. It also has in-stock capacity, but no valid contract exists with its factory or related subcontractors, creating a documented manufacturing-capacity governance weakness.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. It also provides 3D software design services, directly supporting a broad customization capability.
