1) Check whether the print head pressure is balanced and adjust the rubber roller pressure. 2) Clean the surface of the print head. 3) Confirm that the ribbon matches the media (such as wax-based, mixed-based or resin-based carbon ribbon).

1) Regular use: Clean after each roll of ribbon is replaced or at the end of each day's work. 2) High-load use: clean every 2-3 hours. 3) Clean immediately when you find that the print quality has deteriorated.
