Q:Do you work build-to-print from customer drawings?

Yes - build-to-print is Coldwerk's standard mode. Send a STEP, IGES, PDF or DWG file; we review it for manufacturability before quoting and flag tolerance or interface risks early. The design decisions stay with you.
Q:We only have operating conditions, not a finished drawing. Can we start?
A:
Yes. Send the heat load, coolant type, flow or pressure-drop budget and the installation envelope, and we can start from there. For AI computing and data center projects, we also support customers from board-level cold plates through system-level liquid cooling collaboration.
Q:How are our drawings protected?
A:
Coldwerk protects customer drawings and project information under NDA. Files are used only for review, quoting and production of your parts, and the design remains your property.
Q:Aluminum or copper - how do you choose?
A:
By coolant, heat load and the weight and cost limits of your equipment. Aluminum covers most industrial cases; copper is used where higher thermal conductivity justifies it. The choice is confirmed during DFM review, matched to your coolant.
Q:Where are the plates made?
A:
At Coldwerk's own machining and assembly facility in Dongguan, China - 2,000 square meters, in operation since 2017. CNC machining, brazing, nitrogen leak testing and CMM inspection are in-house. Factory visits are welcome.
