A:
Second-hand vehicles do not come with a standard warranty. However, all vehicles are inspected before shipment to ensure the engine and wiring are problem-free. We provide technical support and offer spare parts at below-market prices.
Q:How long does the delivery take?
A:
Standard delivery for left-hand drive trucks takes about 25 days. Delivery times vary by destination: West African ports take 40-45 days, South African ports 25-30 days, and East African ports 20-25 days. Urgent requests can be negotiated.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
We accept a 50% T/T deposit, 30% T/T payment after the vehicle is refurbished, and the final payment after issuing a copy of the bill of lading. The B/L copy serves as a delivery certificate showing vehicle and shipping details.
Q:How are the vehicles transported?
A:
Vehicles are transported to the destination port via bulk carriers or Ro-Ro ships, depending on port facilities. If you have your own shipping partner, we can quote FOB prices and deliver to the departure port for your forwarder to handle.
Q:What customization options are available?
A:
We offer flexible customization and minor customization options. Specific details such as engine model, steering wheel position, and seat capacity can be adjusted according to your requirements.
