A:
As a second-hand vehicle, it does not come with a standard warranty. However, all vehicles are inspected before shipment to ensure the engine and wiring are free of problems. We provide technical support and accessories at below-market prices.
Q:How long does the delivery take?
A:
Standard delivery for left-hand drive trucks takes about 25 days. Specific times vary by port: West African ports take 40-45 days, South African ports 25-30 days, and East African ports 20-25 days. Urgent requests can be negotiated.
Q:What payment methods do you accept?
A:
We generally accept a 50% T/T deposit, 30% T/T payment after the vehicle is refurbished, and the final payment after issuing a copy of the bill of lading. We also accept Western Union.
Q:How do you ensure the vehicle arrives safely?
A:
We use bulk carriers or Ro-Ro ships depending on the destination port. To ensure security, we provide a copy of the bill of lading as a delivery certificate, which contains vehicle and shipping details verifiable in any browser.
Q:What is the minimum order quantity?
A:
The minimum order quantity is 1 vehicle.
