Q:What is the warranty policy for used buses?
A:
Second-hand vehicles do not come with a standard warranty. However, all vehicles are inspected before shipment to ensure the engine and wiring are free of problems. We provide technical support and spare parts at lower-than-market prices.
Q:How long does delivery take?
A:
Standard delivery for left-hand drive trucks takes about 25 days. Specific times vary by destination: 40-45 days for West Africa, 25-30 days for South Africa, and 20-25 days for East Africa. Expedited options are available.
Q:What payment methods do you accept?
A:
We accept a 50% T/T deposit, 30% T/T payment after vehicle refurbishment, and the final payment after issuing a copy of the bill of lading. We also accept Western Union.
Q:How are the vehicles transported?
A:
We usually use bulk carriers. If the destination port lacks bulk carrier facilities, we use ro-ro ships. We can quote FOB prices if you have your own shipping partner.

A:
